The KKS Network is making an important contribution to the improvement of clinical research with immediate application to practice in Germany.
The KKS Network works with university-based clinical trial centres, clinical care centres and the pharmaceutical and medical device industry to accelerate the implementation of developments in basic research into clinical practice. In 2005 the various coordinating centres merged into one national network to offer scientific services on a local basis. Paediatric trials are supported in a separate paediatric network associated with the KKS.
The KKS Network is actively engaged on a national and international level in improving the culture of clinical trials, in some cases with leading groups and research networks, and is always interested in co-operating with additional groups and new network partners. |
